Job Description:
• Job positions are available for Graphic Designer and Social Media Designer.
• Produce appealing artwork design which will be posted on social media platforms for company and clients.
• Understanding of marketing, production, magazine, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Project Manager

At BestWeb, a Project Manager is responsible for setting priorities and associated milestones, creating and managing project plans, overseeing workflows and managing risk. You are passionate about organization, and leading projects to a successful delivery. The workload is highly dynamic, so you are someone who is comfortable working on multiple projects with competing demands at the same time. You are flexible and adaptable throughout the process, while still able to provide deliverables on schedule.

With a strong background in project management in a digital or software/product development organization, you not only work with leadership but you share the vision. You are continuously providing progress updates to the team on multiple projects, and advise on staffing and organization decisions that are made. Job Responsibilities:
• Support in implementation of overall HR Management policies and processes.
• Monitor the implementation progress and provide recommendation areas for improvement.
• Review policies on a regular basis and ensure compliance with the regulations and laws.
• Responsible to execute total hiring processes from job posting to final selection of candidates based on job needs.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new hires from orientation program to confirmation of employment.
• Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and administering exit clearance procedures.
• Responsible for HR system administration which includes staff attendance, leave administration, overtime calculation and date updates for payroll processing.
