Before you can accurately price your domain, you must look at the current market. It’s now time to actually list your domain for sale. Similar to how you’d place a “For Sale” sign in front of a house that you were trying to flip, you can create a “For Sale” landing page and pop it up on your domain for interested buyers. Sometimes, before checking a directory, someone might look to see if a domain is available by typing it into their web browser. If a clear and attractive landing page pops up advertising the sale with a direct link to the listing, you’ve created a great sales opportunity.
